Victoria McKenzie, R. P.

Victoria is a highly experienced NFPA PACE–Registered Paralegal with more than 30 years of service in the legal field. She began her career in 1990 as a part-time legal secretary for a solo practitioner. Victoria’s career path then led to other law offices - from a rural county prosecutor’s office to large, Dallas-based litigation firms, and ultimately to the Kelsey Law Firm, where she joined the team in 2019.

Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in case management, document preparation, and client coordination. Her dedication and attention to detail consistently contribute to the efficient and effective operation of law firm. She is known for going above and beyond to ensure that clients receive clear communication, timely assistance, and a positive experience at every stage of their legal matter.

Outside her professional responsibilities, Victoria devotes her time to her family and to working on her farm—pursuits that reflect her diligence, resilience, and deep appreciation for purposeful, hands-on work.
